Masterclass with Neil Witney - 05 Feb 2025

Join Little Fish founder and Head Chef, Neil Witney, for a sushi making masterclass on Wed 05 Feb 2025 from 18:00 to 20:00 at the Little Fish kitchen in Liphook. On arrival, you will get your very own Little Fish branded apron and cap and a welcome drink before a brief introduction to the history of sushi making and demonstration of sushi rice and fish preparation. Next, it’s your turn! One by one, chef Neil will demonstrate how to make a number of different sushi rolls and you will make each one yourself as you go, presenting it on a platter to be eaten later. Once the final dishes are made and plated, everyone will come together with the chefs to eat the food. Additional drinks will be available on the night (after the knife skills!). The price is per person.
